#33: As tempting as it sounds, and as good a “deal” it may be, avoid the buffet line and order something off the menu. How many times must I say it, PORTION CONTROL! Buffets do everything but encourage portion control and moderation. Unless you have incredible will-power, stick to the menu and a controlled portion size!
