#39: Don’t forget about fruit for fiber! Though it doesn’t get a lot of press, fruit can be an excellent source of fiber! But be sure and stick to the whole or cut up fruit over the fruit juices, which often loose the nutrients of the actual fruit.

So slice up an apple, peel an orange, each some grapes, and make your digestive system happy!
